General aviation package for Project AI
Posted: Mon Jan 22, 2007 7:34 amRecently I've installed Project AI with a bunch of airline packages (almost all the companies operating in Italy) and I have to say I'm having a lot of fun with it (I've always been a model railroad fan... I guess PAI triggers the same passion somehow... and apart from that, it's nice to see "real" traffic moving at airports, and real callsigns being spoken by ATC). For the callsigns I used Edit Voicepack.
Now I'd like to get rid of the default AI altogether, but I can't find an all-in-one package to replace the default general aviation AI traffic. I only found a few planes on the Project AI website (Falcon, Gulfstream and Lear). Is there such a thing around?
On the other hand, I might just use one of the PAI "special packages" to remove the default commercial traffic (and keep the default GA traffic). Can someone give me a quick tip about how to do this and how this works? Is it correct to say that if I "install" the "default commercial traffic remover" package my default airline traffic will be disabled but my default GA traffic will be unaffected?
