I fly WoP's P-51 Mustang. plus others. Since most flying Mustangs today have polished paddle blade props is there such an addon for this? Wrote to WoP and reading between the lines it did not sound like they would even think about doing something like this.

I'm not sure exactly what you're talking about, as I haven't ever flown these aircraft. But from your message it sounds like you would like to change the reflective properties of the blades, am I right?
If you are wanting to change the number of blades, that isn't possible without the source files from the program the model was created in.

The props on P-51's today, those that I haave seen, have what they call paddle blades, not racing props. They are broad at the tips, kind of look like canoe paddles, and a lot of then are polished and without tip paint. the face of the blade is flat black. The reason is that the original blade, which had a cuff like shape at the root, are no longer made. Take a look at P-51 photos that are taken at airshows and most if not all will have paddle blade props on then and most if not all will be polished.

OH!!!! you're talking about square tipped blades! not the rounded ones!
(early P-47's had what some call toothpic blades because the blades though round on end were short in chord (the width) and later models had paddle blades (which had much bigger chords).
you are just refering to the ends of the blades i presume, there is no way to fix that without source files.
here is some info from a forum i found, i read the whole thing, i asked the same question awhile ago here on SimV but its nice to have more than one source ;)

Found a website about a P-51 registry listing P-51's that I guess are in existance today. Open P-51 index and click on the names that I will give and you will see what I mean by "Paddle Blade Props". I did not check out the whole list I am sure that there are other pictures of this prop. I think they look cool and sharp both painted and polished. This list of Mustangs may be of interest to all you repainters also.
In the 1st. column click on Bald Eagle & Cottonmouth. In the 2nd. column click on Excaliber III.
