this may have been asked before but is there an add on that starts the game where everything in the cockpit is switched off, including payware add on planes? I think its a bit crap that it starts and all engines are set and you are on the runway ready to go, i would like to take the time in turning everything on

Get the aircraft into the location and state that you wish to start from - ie, at an appropriate ramp or gate, in a cold and dark state.
Save the flight, making sure to select the option to make this the default flight.
When you next load FS, you will find the aircraft where and how you left it.
