I have a file that I have downloaded from AVSIM and it shows I need an installer from "mostrealisticai.com", but there is noshow on the websight.

Any idea where it is or I can find an installer that will work?

Unfortunately MRAI has closed down
I couldn't find the installer on Avsim, but I had a quick look through their forums and found this link for you: http://aifs.pvdveen.net/download.htm
I believe the bottom download is what you're looking for.
