There's no add-on that will automatically add gates (jetways) to FS airports.
You'll have to find scenery add-ons for each specific airport your interested in, or;
Use a scenery 'object placer' program like Rwy12 (freeware) or EZ-Scenery (payware) to add them to specific airports yourself.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
