Though they don't cover Washington entirely, search for mesh/scenery by Holger Sandmann.
'US North Cascades Mountains and Northwest Washington Coast' and 'Columbia River Gorge and Cascade Volcanoes' provide good coverage in W. Washington.
Those along with his BC Mesh series can offer some great NW vfr/bush flying.
All freeware, avaliable at SimV and others.
