FSSkyworld is free and is very good, but I prefer skylight. They are beautiful clouds and have a lower fps impact than FSSkyworld

FS Skyworld can be found by searching for fsw2004.zip at avsim.

Search for Skylight on flightsim. I was wrong, its skylight.zip
