As far I know,Flight Assistance brought a new version for fs2004,I think Is decent and the only one ,Please correct me If Im right

I'm guessing you mean online, so there is a pretty good program that I have used called FSNet. It allows a pilot, copilot, passengers, etc. Check it out for yourself..
