One would presume Antti Pankkonen's EC-130 ec130.zip comes with a 'good' panel
Also, there's the EC-135 model made by Heiko Richter ec135tca.zip
And, lastly, your (no model given) EC-130 panel.cfg could be edited to incorporate existing FS9 ignition switches (starters)
gaugexx=KingAir!Left Ignition, 80, 258
gaugexx=KingAir!Right Ignition, 103, 258
Good Luck and have fun.

I fly Heiko Richter's EC-135 and without manuals (no _reference nor _check nor POH) it took me a week to figure out how to start it.
The starters are on the mainpanel (lower lefthand side) but must be operated in sequence for any joy. You are correct, CTRL+E won't work.
That's one of the drawbacks to making it "As Real as it Gets" -- it is.
Thanks to Heiko Richter and various repainters for heckuva helo . . .

i was just about to mention that there was a freeware EC130 that comes with a nice cockpit (I think it has a VR cockpit as well) you should download the one they are talking about and cop the panel! ;D
