I remeber that I saw a screenshot of a wet runway...and whenever it rains for me the ground is fairly dry...anybody know where i can find an fx or scenery for this?

Oh yea... it would be nice if it was an fx...i dont want the runway being wet while its nice and sunny out

For FS9, a wet runway is impossible due to its limited rendering capabilities. You'll have to wait for FSX for that kind of effect.
