Simple- You can't.

EDIT; I mean you can't get a freeware one. Wilco/Pilot In Command has a 733, with a working FMC.

Ummm..... no?? ;)
Indeed as Ecko said if you want a 737 FMC you will have to consider payware, the ones I know of are from PMDG (which I have and commend), feelthere (looks awesome) and I dont know if it does but this company called "Ariane" claims to have the best 737s... I merely smirk...  ;D

Sorry about that. ;) If you want a freeware FMC try the iFly 747, or there is another site I saw once that had a "general" FMC that could be added to your aircraft.... I cant remember the site name...  :P

Just Flight has an A320/340 that has a working FMC as well with all of the bells and whistles. You can chose which runway you depart from and arrive at comeplete with sids and stars. It takes a while to learn how to use it. It even allows you to import flight plans from FS as well. 8)

Download the FS 2004 edition of the Fanda Dash-8 by Oleksiy Frolov.  He added a basic FMC to his highly accurate and complete dash-8-300 panel.  A further search may find you the cockpit views zip and some liveries also.  This FMC only does lateral navigation so if you want a more complete to real FMC it's as our friends said, payware or the new ifly 744 which incedently is a resource demanding plane.  In payware if there's the older and newer versions of the 737, the NG and the just released 300.  If you're willing to try other than a 737, there are the Regional jets by feelthere, the CRJ and ERJ, the latter being the most detailed and accurate and most resource demanding.  In bigger planes, there's the 744 Qween of the Skies, the Airbusses by PSS, and the Level D 767 PIC.  Also, flight 1's ATR-72 has a fully realized FMC and ofr something truly different, there is now there newest, the Super-80 which has a correctly modeled half FMC, half INS system, from the dawn of the FMC basically.

As far as I know...the Flight 1 super80 doesn't come with INS, but uses the Omega/VLF system.
The big difference is one system is self-contained, the other is not  :)
