OK Simviation has a very nice 76m mesh, that is great for flying around in.
But that one needs some distance patching, as the stuff that is beneath it is on a 1 km grid and gives leaks in the distance.

So what i'm searching for is 150m-300m resolution mesh to cover the distance holes a bit.

I already have europe and a bit of canada, but not much else outside that area...

FSGenesis has this stuff.  It is payware... but it is pretty inexpensive.
