Failures Expansion

Do any of you know of somesort of freeware package that enables different kind of failures, as appose to stuff just swithcing off? I was thinking of stuff along the lines of fuel leaks and engine fires? Any help would be greatly appretiated.

Don't know of any freeware.  Check out ALERT II for a payware program that is pretty sweet.
