Yeah, there's one payware one that I know of...it's called Walk & Follow

and theres a freeware one called F1

F1 is pretty good and simple I kinda like it better than Active camera. Free is always good too. ;D

For some reason when i downloaded F1 the readme file could not be read and when i installed the program, nothing changed in FS >:(

You use the scroll wheel on your mouse. Did you use that?

Also in the VC use CTRL and shift to move up higher and left to right!

Although I have not tested it, Rana Hossain's Flight Sim Manager 2.8 has what appears to be extreme camera capabilities, including various angles and altitudes.  It is available on most flight sim sites or here: http://www.ranainside.com/  

This is a must have utility anyway.  Too many features to list, but I use it mostly for adding aircraft, zipping unused aircraft and diagnosing problems.  Plus, the author listens to suggestions and implements them.
