Im looking for a freeware addon for FS2004 to have radar to view other aircraft. Either for in game or hosting server  ;D

I don't know of any freeware that shows other players in multiplayer but FSNavigator has a function for that but it's payware.

For AI traffic however there are some guages that give TCAS function. The first one I can think of is the F16!Radar guage. Not sure where it can be found but it comes installed on several freeware add ons. You might try looking in the FS 2002 section for Tipster's Baron panel. It has that guage and it's a great panel for the default Baron. You'll have to edit the guage into other airplanes if you want to use it though.

what your looking for is ATC Radar Screen 5.0. I use that for Extreme Flyers (KORD_ATC). i just googled it. you will need Manuel's Service pack 3 in order to operate it.

I have several planes with tcas function. A few of them have WX also but til I register fsuipc it's pointless.  Do a search for Socata TB 20.  That one has the F-16 gauge.  The Premier CRJ's have tcas.  The Fanda Dash has tcas and WX.  Registered fsuipc required.  The Aldus MD-80 has tcas and WX.  Registered fsuipc required.  Many planes have it.  Also, if you don't want to download an entire panel or aircraft package, try fsgauges.com.  Every kind of imaginable gauge available there and it's free.  Yes Yurei, please dump the avatar,  arghhhh!!!! LOL.

The radar that comes in the F16.gau works off line and online with AIBridge. Finally got mine working online the other day.

ATC radars are probably going to require you to register (pay) somewhere. But then, I haven't delved into this area.
