How about building the scenery, but SF in 1935?  The bridges were under construction, Crissy field was operational, the dirigibles were flying out of Moffat, it was the golden age of aviation...give new meaning to 'Century of Flight' by recreating an era!  It would be fun with AI air and ship traffic.  Ideal for a Staggerwing!
