Are there any 3rd party ATC plugin's available?  I'm particularly interested in one that can do a better job spacing aircraft on approaches.

Seems like FS2004 doesn't do a good job with that.  Sometimes, I'm coming on final and some other craft will overtake me and get the clearance.  Or sometimes, I'm cleared behind a Cessna or something that is really slow so I have to do 2 360s.

If you're asking about a new and/or improved PC-run automated ATC program for FS 2004 I'm not aware of any.

The only replacement ATC for FS 2004 that I know of is VATSIM which is run by human operators all over the globe.  You can check it out here:
