Hi,
Does anybody know where I can find AI flight Plans for European charter airlines, such as Monarch, Britannia and MyTravel?

Try here http://www.totallyflight.co.uk/ .  Projectai (www.projectai.com) have packaged some of these, so worth checking them out as well.
