Creating Splash Screens

Can anyone point me to a how-to in creating and uploading splash screens?

To create them you need a splash screen randomizer. I forget where I downloaded mine from, maybe someone knows a site where you can get one. And I just followed the instructions that came with the randomizer  ;D

This is about creating splash screens and uploading them to simviation...  I thought I had heard about some templates...

I already have the splash screen randomizer...

There is a 2004 template over at Flightsim.
