Firefighting/Rescue Scenarios

Does anyone know where I can find aircraft and helicopters used to fight wild-fires, and possible scenarios to use these aircraft to fight virtual fires?

Please don't take this the wrong way, I have family that live in Southern California, so I know what they go through every Summer during the Wild-Fire season. (Luckily they haven't been in the path of one of these fires, but last Summer the fires came within 10 or 15 miles.)

I just want to see what it is like to fly the aircraft that the brave men and women use to stop these horrible fires.

I also downloaded a few Coast Guard Aircraft. Can anyone direct me to some scenarios that simulate rescue missions?

I think all of these exhist, I just don't know which addons are the best.

I would try Hovercontrol's (http://www.hovercontrol.com) Liquid Scenery.  It is has a number of situations that is changed weekly.
