            I was wondering what the best water feature out there is and where I can find it. I was looking at some screenshots

My hats go off to these gentlement producing such wonderful screenshots. What is the best program for water textures ?

What you're seeing is Bill Lyons water effects. You can find them here under FS2004 Scenery. There are also some excellent water textures to go with these over at Avsim.com as well.
