There is no VC, and you can't add one. I don't know if there is an add-on panel for the 380 yet. There are several generic ones available for Airbuses though that you could try (check out our panel download section), and what do you mean by editing the repaints? You want to edit them, or you are looking for a specific paintjob?

Okay copy the texture folder into the A380 folder. Call it Texture.1
Next open the aircraft.cfg file (using notepad) and add the following;

[fltsim.1]
title=Airbus A380
sim=a380
model=
panel=
sound=
texture= Texture.1
kb_checklists=
kb_reference=
atc_id=N747
atc_airline=British Airways
atc_flight_number=1123
atc_heavy=1
ui_manufacturer=Airbus
ui_type=A380-100
ui_variation=British Airways
description=Airbus A380

Right before the  [General], but after the [fltsim.0] entry. Save it.
Then kick-start FS9 and all should be fine ;)

Don't forget that repaints are model-specific, so for example if it's Mike Stone's A380 you've downloaded, then the repaint has to be for this specific model or else the texture won't show.

Where did you get the BA repaint?

:)
