Scottish scenery

Postby Saitek » Wed May 19, 2004 5:16 am

Hi everyone!
Is there any Scottish scenery available anywhere, I really wanted scenery of the highlands and Islands. I would be grateful if anyone could direct me to any. I live in Inverness, any scenery of that anywhere? I suspect the answers are all 'no', but I thought there is no harm in trying.
Thanks
Ben

Ben the only thing I know of is the UK mesh over at avsim, this at least gets the terrain looking right ;)

Ben I've found in my huge pile of downloads a fix for Crail airfield in Scotland for FS9, don't remember where I got it from. Do you want me to email it to you? Its quite small (about 20k).
Also on the 2k2 scenery front there is a heap of stuff at no-nodes, I had a look in one of my download CDs, and there is a wad!!! Might be worth the 27 million attempts to get in for the downloads ;)

I got a mesh for the western isles which is rather nice. It's a free demo from justflight. I believe its in the FS2002 scenery section here.
