Hey,
Is there a way i can get FS1999-FS2004 Scenery and Aircraft to work in CFS2????

As far as I know, any FS2000-FS2004 aircraft will WORK in CFS2, but they won't have DP's or weapon's loads.  You can edit aircraft.cfg file to add the weapon's, but the damage profiles must be done by the author, as they have to be added to the model.
