Iain the default aircraft all have manuals in the program. Add-ons, well you'll have to search the net I'm afraid. If you can give us more information, someone might know of a site...

http://www.simviation.com/fs_manuals1.htmloads of HTML manuals,
edit aircraft.cfg to get it to show up in the kneeboard
