AI plane Tags for Europe (??!)

I'm looking for a FS 2002 fix,i've seen a while ago on a Flight Sim page,but i can't find it. It's a fix for the tags of european AI planes,that change them from american to european ones.
Can somebody help me? Any hints are appriciated.
