A big GMAX model of a tower, with a few contact points to make it sit stable in a strong wind,,  with that radar gauge (FSUIPC required) on the panel  

You could enter multi-player,, place it at an airport, slew it to a strategic location and use the virtual-cockpit and play ATC-guy
