But what I need, is to make (or find) a own reader that works from inside FS (acrobat reader can't be open at the same time as FS because of DirectX). Does anyone know how to, if possible or if it already exists?

Posted: Tue Mar 04, 2003 10:25 amSorry, It is not possible to view pdf files from within the flightsim. You could run FS in a window mode and just switch between it and Acrobat Reader.

Posted: Wed Mar 05, 2003 1:52 pmIf you put pdf files in the /help directory they will appear in the FS help menu and you can access them from there. You still need an acrobat reader and they will open in a separate window, though.
