Heathrow Building Works by Matthew Ministry

I've been successful in locating other airports such as Okinawa (ROAH), but looking for Heathrow Building Works by Matthew Ministry is a challenge.

I ran across an FTP website that had it, but unable to download from it. As I understand it, browsers no longer use FTP coding in their software and FTP has security concerns. I've tried several ftp packages with no success.

There's nothing wrong with the default airport and I've downloaded several afcads to test later on if I'm unable to find the scenery I'm looking for.
