You could try the b757_fsx.zip panel by Pasquale Rinaldi, available at flightsim.com. How well it will work with that particular model, you'll have to test that yourself.

I located the panel by using the flightsim.com search function. Google never found it. Even those of us who know how to search sometimes need a little help. I've always thought that's kind of the point in having a forum like Simviation. If you don't want to help, why waste typing a reply?
