Banner Tow

I was at an airshow today and saw a demo of a plane dive and pick up a banner and fly off with it. Is there an add-on for FSX that allows you to dive down, and when you press a key combination, a banner appears? I think it would be a pretty cool add-on.

I think that this really should not be that hard to do.
All you would need is a plane that has a banner, or make a plane with a banner, but make that banner a effect. And you could make it work using the (smoke) effect button.
So anyone would knows how to design planes and stuff could probably do it.

I know you could use an effect, but it's not realistic looking enough. It would be better if it was an animated object that bent and waved, wouldn't it?
