Fire retardant effect

I am working on updating the Default FSX B747 with a Evergreen texture to look like the Evergreen Supertanker. I need a fire retardant effect. It should last 10 to 15 seconds. High quality too. I don't want little individual clouds falling to the ground. I want it to actually look like retardant. Could someone please tell me where to find one. Or, if none out there meet my standards, ( ) could YOU make or edit an existing one.
