Best high frame rate clouds?

Hi, I just downloaded some cloud textures and they make my flight simulator run at low frames. Do any of you know of some textures which look good and don't affect frame rates?

My system..
3gb DDR2 Ram
Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2Ghz
ATI radeon 2400 HD pro 256mb ram
