Vintage hangars

Postby gryshnak » Sat Aug 12, 2006 9:20 am

Anyone know where to find vintage (1909) hangars?  I can make my own but it seems a bit pointless if someone else has already done it.  TIA.

Frank's Hanger has some vintage stuff, check out the 'Golden Wings Macros'. These are API macros.

Also search download sites for 'frank betts' as some of his stuff has been converted to mdl/xml format for EZ-Scenery.

You could also ask around The Old Hanger, a forum that supports 'Golden Wing 3', a pre-war scenery pack for FS9.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
