Something to correct airport layouts

Postby Gary R. » Sun Jan 22, 2006 10:42 am

Hi all.  I am searching for a type of add-on I never really bothered with before.  I am searching for a utilkity that can correct MS's mistakes in airport parking and taxiway arraingements.  The main reason being that my home international airport, KMDT near Harrisburg, PA is all wrong in FS.  In fact, they had it more correct in FS-2002 than they do in FS9.  No cargo parking, the GA ramp is located where in reallife the cargo terminal would be, none of the parking options they have include an area at the north ramp where the real GA and business FBO is located, and the south end isn't considered either which in real life a PA ANG base operating EW versions of the C-130.  Nobody gets near that part of the ramp without a half dozen M-16's cocking and locking on him ;-)  Also, they only have small and medium gate options which are where they are supposed to be but not really correct as the gates and jetways at the new terminal can park anything up to an A-380 if necessary.  If there are any airport correcting utilities that cover most of the included airports i would love to locate them.  Thanks for any help.

Download AFCAD 2.21 for FS2004, found here : http://www.simviation.com/fs2004utilities1.htm.

Excellent program that allows you to do everything that you want, (what your trying to achieve).
