I was just wondering if anyone knew if there was any decent scenery for victoria intl (CYYJ), and if there is could you put the link in a comment.

Theres an excellent scenery file at Flight Sim, look for vicenh05.zip. You'll have to join 1st, it's free. Theres other adds too on the same page.
