i was looking around on the internet and i found this program that was payware. it allowed you to see LIVE radar just a few seconds off and i was wondering if there was one that was free. i found one but its like 20 minutes delay in it. anyone know of any free program thats LIVE or a few seconds off? ??? ??? thanks

For security purposes, 99% of all the radar displays you'll find are on a delay.
