Runway in Hole?

Ok, well this sounds like fun. I may be obsessed and decent at making panels, but scenery isn't my strong point (trust me I tried). This seems like something that would be fun. Could someone put a runway inside the hole in Arkansas. I got some reference numbers.

N33* 45.82'
W93* 57.29'
Logical and longest runway: 051/231 degrees
-15189.6 feet

Shouldn't be too hard, a simple runway. Taxiways and AI planes optional, would love to see what kinda stuff AI would do from down there!

I believe that's already been done by myself and another BMan.  You can find both of them in the simviation file library.  Mine is called Mineral Falls Airport.
