HJG Aircraft.cfg to use George Carty 707 Panel

I think this qualifies as "other" add-on.  I am not that good at working with aircraft.cfg's but I have the excellent BOAC 707 by George Carty and I would like to fly that panel in a 707 and hear ATC calling American, United, Delta, US Airways etc. But the panel included in George Carty's plane is coded to work with the Boac 707-420 and HJG's 707's are mostly of the 320b varient which had a different fuel tank layout. In short, the George Carty panel won't allow for start of engines 2&3 if used with a 320b aircraft config.  I posted this in hopes that some of you good guys may have both George Carty's 707 and some HJG 707's and maybe show me the correct way to modify the HJG 707 aircraft config to use George Carty's panel with it.
