AWACS gauge wanted

Hi there guys!Well I am desperate for a gauge that looks like this.I made this in powerpoint,and I have written anything that I would want it to do.Is it even possible?Thanks

The AI traffic doesn't go beyond 40NM

Get the F-16 gauge from http://emarciano.flightsimmer.com/

and enter the code published on the page in FSUIPC
