Deleting the default buildings at TJSJ

I want to get rid of the default buildings of the San Juan (SJU) Luis Munoz Marin Airport. I downloaded a nice scenery for this airport but there were no instructions or "exclude" entry to delete them. I tried to contact the scenery designer, but his website is no longer good. The scenery was designed by Carlos Marrero and I cannot contact him to get the directions. Any suggestions?. I would appreciate it very much. Thanks
