Realistic Flight Planner

I was wondering if there's any realistic flight planners available for FSX Steam Edition that is integrated into the sim itself and isn't a client side module type of thing. Note: I don't have money (seriously, I'm broke exactly $0 to my name) to pay for one so if a flight planner has to be paid for then please say it's not free.

Oh also this is kind of related but also not, is it possible that ATC can be altered to include restricted airspaces for certain flight types? *NOT REQUESTING A MOD WITH THIS QUESTION*

For ATC you could give Radar Contact a try, it was payware but is now freeware. Just google Radar Contact 4 and you should be able to find it.

Thanks! It is what I was looking for but also not. The UI is sort of.... Ugly tbh. I have very high standards for sims and add-ons

To be fair I downloaded it but never installed it but as it's free to try you haven't lost anything.
