Project Fokker has an F28 for FS9. I can do a skin for Horizon. It'll be a week or so before I can get to it, though.

I'm not done yet. I had a schedule change, so I decided to get started. Just wanted to make sure you weren't looking for the 1980s livery. But I may decide to do that one, too!

Okay, it's out of my hands. I uploaded the files this evening. However long it takes to get reviewed and posted to the site, that's how long it will take for you to have your F28. I think you'll be happy with it.
