is quality, realistic repaints of the FSX default A-321.
Very few available for the default aircraft.

Well, I can see why, I don't know why anyone would fly default aircraft, especially the A321, probably the most unrealistic in the game. I do fly some of the default props though.

This is true of most types.
Anyone interested in flying a default covered type will find a better version so there isn't a real serious call for many default aircraft paints.
Not that they don't get painted, but any painter wanting to spend time on a quality paint will not do default aircraft because, for one thing the texture mapping does not allow it to be painted properly in addition to the model not being that accurate.

Have you checked out the FSX repaint library section over at avsim?

I go for quality these days, and I rarely ever repaint an aircraft that ISN'T default.

And it sure does allow for some proper paints. You just have to know how to do it.

The defaukt don't allow for proper paints there are too many shared flipped areas
It's not a case of knowing how to do it it's a case of whether or not you realise what a quality paint means. :-?
You can do NOTHING about shared flipped texture areas
I've been painting for years I know what I'm taking about.

Shared flipped areas? Can you use a bit better wording? I'm not quite getting what you're saying.

Like wings where one wing does both and some fuse sections that serve both sides.
This means that lettering ends up back to front on the sides of some fins like the Dak and wings can't have registration lettering for the same reason
Default aircraft are as far away from quality as you can get.
The models are not good either shape wise

I haven't encountered much of that... But I never really notice or use any lettering either.

Well if you do quality paints you would have used lettering.

I object above to being told I just need to know how to do it
Search my name and think again

I never said you didn't.

Nice paints by the way.
But on the ones where I have used lettering, I never encountered the problem.

I wouldn't says there's a lack of paints for all the default aircraft there are a good fair few for the default 737 and 747.
As for the A321 is not that good so no one uses it. There are A LOT of repaints for the Thomas Ruth airbuses though!
