Could someone model a CRJ-1000 model for me to paint

You need to realize that you are asking a lot. It's not something that can just be done in a few weeks, or even a few months. To actually be really good, a developer would need to spend several months or even a year.

And this belongs in the Aircraft Wanted forum. 

If anyone did make it, they would have to do the texturing themselves and they would almost certainly want to paint it too.

TBH no one is going to make a model just so you can paint it. :-/
