Do you realize what a huge favor you are asking? It is highly unlikely someone would model the aircraft. But, there might already be a CRJ-1000 available. It just needs to be painted.
Modeling is not easy. Painting is. (for the most part)

Great idea, but I do believe this would better fit in the 'Aircraft Wanted' forum.
The aircraft is cool though!

I'm not sure they take requests, but maybe they would consider it for a future project.
