anyone know where i can get a good freeware L-1011 other than HJG cuz i cant get thoes to work for some reason

Funny you post this...i was looking for one today too.

All i've found is payware though.

ive found a couple but they all dont work or suck!

First question is why the HJG one isn't it working, works fine for me.  What sim are you trying to use it for, it is designed for FS9. 

Freeskyproject (a part of the group formerly known as Project Opensky) has an L1011 under development, but not yet released.

As far as FSX freeware goes, the freesky L1011 is your only bet.  I am not sure if it is being designed for FS9 or FSX, but I would suspect either way it should work in FSX.

any idea on when the opensky tristar comes out, and the HJG tristars it has fsx files but it wont work in my fsx.

It is no longer opensky, but freesky.  Opensky disbanded.  Freesky is continuing the tradition of not giving release dates though.  When its out, it will be out.  They jump all over anyone who asks.

Btw the base pack doesn't come with textures. You have to install them first before the aircraft will show up.

I used this on FSX before, it needs a good panel & sound, but it flyes fine
