Could someone make a file of an F-22 from Langley AFB (and I do not mean the YF-22 protoype). No specific plane here, just any Langley F-22.

That one is the YF-22, I don't know of a freeware F-22, there is a payware one, Abacus?

I highly doubt you'll find anyone on here or any other FS site who is willing to make a model based on someone else's request.  There's so much work involved these days that freeware developers only work on the things that are of interest to them. 

My advice is to purchase the AlphaSim F-22, it's the best F-22 model out there.
