Are there any available with a nose that opens. For FS2004 or FSX.

I'm gonna recommend the Project Open Sky version.
http://www.projectopensky.com/downloads-index.php (Just scroll down to the 747's) It's a beautiful model, has a nose that opens, AND it has ground support!

I think(?) the entire package comes with each repaint.
