OK I'm done now! I changed some of the fuselage colors by cloning from the photo of the real thing so I know I have them perfect now. I have adjusted the stripes as best that I can get them. Here are the pics, just let me know when you want it.









This is as close to the photos that I feel I can make it, and I hope you enjoy flying it as much as I did painting it. 8-) Time to go fly now!!

Eyes as far open as face will allow. Mouth hits floor. Drool spills. All indicators that this is amazing. This is better than I could have thought it would ever look. Amazing job.

Sure but it will be later tonight, I gotta watch some movies with the wife and also, my strobes have become corrupted in FSX and show up as white boxes  :( but all the other lights work fine. When I get done with the movie I'll post them.

Right now come the night pics and if you want me to upload the paint to the V, I gotta follow the creators wishes and get their blessings first.
Otherwise I can only send it to you directly.

You might as well just upload it, because once I start posting pictures in the screenshots section, people are gonna' want to know where to get it. Had you planned on e-mailing it to me or something?

That must be cool for you. I know it's nice to upload your addons andsee how many downloads they get, since I have designed a few airport updates and posted them.

I guess it's your call. What are you gonna' do?

Well, I'm gonna let PAD decide for me. I just sent them my email asking for permission to upload. If they approve it, I'll upload it. If not I'll just send you the texture file and cfg.

Well, PAD contacted me this morning and I feel I need to post their response here for all to see:

"Hello Shane,

That's the best repaint of our CL-604 that I have seen, maybe the reflections are a tad overdone but overall excellent. Yes, post on Simviation by all means if you wish. We prefer it to be a texture set with instructions for newbies on how to add it to the file set.  Alternatively, you could send me a zip file of the textures and I'll post it on PAD web site as a complete model set and also send it on to the the three major flight sim sites ( flightsim, avsim and simviation) with your name as the repainter....your call."

As you can imagine this has me tickled beyond belief and I will be letting them do as they suggested and upload it to the three sites.

Great job. I didn't say anything yet, but I knew it was the best paint made for that plane too.Thanks again.
